Withdrawal

Withdrawal Process

We wish your child the best during the transition to a new school. 

Students will need to turn in all textbooks, media center items, and pay any school fees (breakfast/lunch balances, overdue books, etc...) so that their record will be cleared.

  1. The enrolling parent must come to Gwin Oaks with ID to complete the withdrawal form.

  2. Your child's record will be sent directly to the new school once a Records Release Form is signed at the new school.

  3. The school will finalize the withdrawal process by sending all records to the students' new school.
