Every dollar raised by the Gwin Oaks PTA goes right back into making school more awesome for our kids — from classroom resources and family events to teacher appreciation and student programs.

Throughout the year, we host a mix of fun and feel-good fundraisers that bring our community together and support our school in a big way.

Ongoing Fundraisers

Here’s where you can get involved:

• Boosterthon – Our biggest fundraiser of the year, packed with energy, prizes, and school spirit!
• Spirit Wear – Show your Bronco pride with custom gear. Coming soon to the online store!
• Holiday Shop – A kid-favorite event where students can shop for family gifts with a budget and a big heart.
• Yearbook Sales – A treasured keepsake full of school memories.
• Sweetheart Dance – A signature Gwin Oaks tradition with music, photos, and fun for families.
• Bingo Night – Everyone’s favorite family game night. Always a sell-out!
• Skate Night – Roll in for a good time and support Gwin Oaks while you skate.
• Spirit Nights – Local restaurant giveback nights that turn dinner into dollars for the school.
