A MESSAGE FROM OUR PTA PRESIDENT

 

Hello Gwin Oaks families,

My name is Andrea Lyons, and I’m excited (and truly honored) to be stepping into my first year as PTA President. I’m a proud 4th-grade parent, and while I’ve been a PTA member in the past, this is my first time stepping up to help lead. I’m doing it because I genuinely care about this school and this community.

Gwin Oaks is one of the reasons we chose to make this area our home. The commitment to excellence, the welcoming spirit, and the incredible teachers, administrators, and staff all make this place so special. I wanted to be part of that in a bigger way—and help make school an even better experience for my child, and for yours.

Whether you’re ready to volunteer, have ideas to share, or just want to get more connected, there’s a place for you in the Gwin Oaks PTA. I’m always open to suggestions and would love to hear from you, so don’t hesitate to say hello if you see me around school or in the neighborhood.
